Kiyoteru Tsutsui, the Henri H. and Tomoye Takahashi Professor and Senior Fellow in Japanese Studies at Stanford, has joined the IUC as Executive Director. A Kyoto University and Stanford University graduate, his research focuses on social movements, human rights, political sociology, and Japanese Society.
